Managing Product Risk File Cross References

Cross references can be added to a product risk file to reference records related to the risk of a specific product.

1. From the Product Risk File record, click Other Actions > Manage Cross Reference.
   Result: The Manage Cross Reference window is displayed.
2. Click the Add Cross Reference + link to add a cross reference to the product risk file.
3. Click the drop down button to select a record to add as a cross reference to the product risk file, such as Design Control or Change Plan. For information on configuration, see Risk Cross Reference Types.
4. Zoom to select the record number to be cross referenced.
   

5. Enter a comment in the Comment field.
   
6. Click the Submit button.
   Result: The cross reference has been added to the product risk file.
